Since 2023, we have undertaken a sacred endeavour in the Cholistan desert: constructing masājid for small villages that previously had no place of communal prayer. Alhamdulillah, more than 25 mosques have already been completed — each one serving as a house of worship, a centre for learning, and a gathering place that strengthens faith and unity.
A small masjid can be built at a cost of just £4,000, providing space for up to 100 worshippers. It becomes a daily centre of prayer and gatherings for the local community, offering a much-needed place of worship.
For only £6,000, a large masjid can be established to serve as a true landmark of faith. With capacity for up to 500 worshippers, it not only hosts congregational prayers but also functions as a centre of learning and community life.
